Sunshine Coast local, licensed estate agent with Krause Property Group and a long-time lover of beautiful homes.

Nicole brings a distinctive perspective to real estate, shaped by an accomplished background in interior and building design and more than two decades of personal experience buying, renovating and moving between homes of her own.

Her earlier work across residential interiors, renovations and new builds, from space planning and material selections to working alongside clients, architects and builders, gave her a rare understanding of how people experience a home. She notices what draws the eye, how spaces connect and the small details that shape how a home is felt, looking beyond a list of features to the qualities that make each one distinctive.

Settled with her family in the Noosa Hinterland, Nicole has a genuine connection to the community and the way of life it offers. She works closely with people who value a more personal, thoughtful experience, bringing a calm, discreet and supportive approach from the first conversation to the final key.

For Nicole, real estate is about more than the transaction. It’s about understanding the story of each home, presenting it with clarity and purpose, and connecting it with the people who will value it most.
